What this site stores
123Movies hosts no video, audio or image files on its servers. Titles, synopses, ratings, cast lists and artwork are retrieved from TMDB. Where a playback source appears, it is delivered by an independent third-party provider; we do not upload, store, transmit or control that content.
Filing a notice
If you own the copyright in a work, or are authorised to act for the owner, send a written notice to dmca@example.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work you claim was infringed.
- The exact URL on this site of the material you are asking us to remove, in enough detail for us to locate it.
- Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
- A statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or authorised to act on the owner's behalf.
What happens next
Complete notices are reviewed and actioned promptly, normally within a few business days. Because listings mirror TMDB, we may also refer you to the upstream source where the underlying record is maintained.
Counter-notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may send a counter-notice to the same address with your contact details, identification of the removed material and its previous location, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the removal was a mistake.
Repeat infringers
Access for anyone determined to be a repeat infringer will be terminated in appropriate circumstances.
