What is 123Movies?
123Movies is a catalogue for browsing movies and TV series. You can search by title, filter by genre or country, and open any title to see its cast, synopsis, rating, and episode list.
Where does the information come from?
Every title, poster, synopsis, rating, cast list and episode listing is supplied by TMDB (The Movie Database). This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Do I need an account?
No. Browsing and searching are open to everyone, with no registration and no sign-in.
Does this site host any video files?
No. 123Movies stores no media on its servers. TMDB provides metadata only, so title pages play the official trailer. Where a full playback source is shown, it is served by a separate third-party provider configured by the site operator, not by this site.
Why is a title missing or showing the wrong details?
Listings mirror TMDB, which is community-maintained. If something is wrong or absent, correcting it at the source on TMDB will flow through here once our cache refreshes — normally within a few hours.
Why do some titles show CAM instead of HD?
The CAM label marks films that are still inside their theatrical release window. Once a title has been out for more than 45 days it is shown as HD.
How often is the catalogue updated?
Continuously. The home page refreshes every two hours, listing pages every three, and title pages every twelve.
How do I report a copyright concern?
See our DMCA page for the notice-and-takedown procedure and the contact address for reports.
